Position: ESS Product Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing inverters, lithium batteries, and related energy storage products
• Identifying product faults and providing technical solutions
• Supporting after-sales service activities and customer technical assistance
• Visiting customer sites for after-sales support when required
• Maintaining repair and testing records
• Assisting the technical team with other assigned tasks

Responsibilities
 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred
• Experience in inverter, battery, solar, or electrical equipment repair is preferred
• Basic understanding of lithium battery and inverter systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for outdoor after-sales service when needed
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented
