Production Supervisor

Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, a leading company in the plastic manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities. 

Responsibilities
 

• Job Responsibilities (JDs):
  • Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor production targets and ensure timely achievement
  • Manage and lead production staff, including shift planning
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained as per company policies
  • Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime
  • Ensure compliance with safety and SOPs on the production floor
  • Prepare daily production reports and update management
  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in plastic or manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
  • Ability to work in shifts
