EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a motivated Executive Officer for Individual Life Product Management within the CSGS division. This role focuses on supporting the development and management of life insurance products with an emphasis on individual policies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field and has 13 years of experience in life insurance, bancassurance, product management, or financial services. They demonstrate strong capabilities in product strategy development, market research, stakeholder coordination, and project management, contributing directly to product lifecycle activities without managing a team. The Executive Officer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and customer needs, enabling EFU Life Assurance Ltd. to create competitive and customer-focused life insurance products. The role requires proficiency in data analysis and market analysis tools, coupled with the ability to deliver professionally designed promotional materials. Time management and multitasking skills are critical in this dynamic environment to consistently meet deadlines and deliver results while maintaining high attention to detail and a proactive stance on challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
 

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for individual life insurance offerings aligned with business goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape influencing product design and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
• Support the preparation of detailed reports and presentations using advanced MS Office tools and market analysis platforms for management review and decision-making.
• Develop and produce high-quality promotional materials and product documentation using professional design software to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
• Manage projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changes.
• Analyze product performance data to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements or market repositioning initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
• Provide support in stakeholder management activities including coordinating meetings, collecting feedback, and facilitating communications among involved parties.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product management processes and customer experience.
