Assistant Manager Sales – Industrial Refrigeration

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales – Industrial Refrigeration to drive business growth and project sales for GREE Pakistan's Industrial Refrigeration Division in the Southern Region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or cold storage solutions, with the ability to develop strategic customer relationships, manage key accounts, and deliver customized refrigeration solutions across multiple industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development activities to expand the Industrial Refrigeration business in the Southern Region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities in industrial refrigeration and cold storage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients, and end users.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to project closure and payment recovery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular business reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. MBA will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration, HVAC, Cold Storage Solutions, or Industrial Cooling Systems.
• Proven experience in project sales, business development, and key account management.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration, Cold Storage, and HVAC systems.
• Good understanding of NH₃ (Ammonia) and Freon refrigeration systems.
