Sales Executive (Male) – Real Estate

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 15, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month + Commission
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Friday Off)

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for a confident and motivated Male Sales Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential real estate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about company projects.
• Present projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate sales experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a sales-driven environment.
