The Assistant Sales Officer at Work Together plays a vital role in supporting the sales department to achieve company targets and enhance customer satisfaction. With at least three years of experience, the Assistant Sales Officer contributes to the overall sales strategy by analyzing market trends and customer needs. Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and long-term business growth.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales forecasts, using market research and historical data to support decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and provide detailed knowledge to customers regarding chemical, pharmaceutical, and paint products.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with other departments.
  • Perform detailed market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends within targeted sectors.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and discounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of three members to coordinate sales activities and meet departmental goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis to present insights and progress to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements relevant to the chemical, pharma, and paint industries.
  • Provide support during customer inquiries and resolve any potential issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and sales techniques.
