The Business Development and Research Associate will manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient research and operational processes. Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and economic analysis to identify trends and opportunities related to raw materials and procurement processes.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses to support strategic purchasing decisions and optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Generate qualified leads and develop business intelligence reports to inform sales and growth strategies.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to provide actionable insights that guide company positioning and decision-making.
  • Manage customer relationship data and facilitate communication strategies to foster strong client connections and business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to align economic research findings with operational objectives and strategic plans.
  • Navigate industrial markets in Lahore to address logistical issues, source specialized materials, and execute field research effectively.
  • Utilize advanced digital tools and software to maintain and streamline research data management and Directors workload.
  • Coordinate specialized hiring processes to ensure recruitment of qualified personnel aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and supervise a small team, providing mentorship, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of research and development projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis and business intelligence findings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research outcomes and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, economic conditions, and technological advancements affecting the industrial sector.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the continuous improvement of research and operational processes.
