Full job description

Qualification:

  • Minimum DAE (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in tendering with a contracting company
  • At least 3 years of experience working with a consulting company

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
  • Experience in tendering, bid evaluation, and contract documentation
  • Ability to analyze drawings and specifications
  • Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial control
  • Proficient in computer applications including:
  • MS Excel
  • AutoCAD
  • Any Quantity Surveying (QS) software
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
  • Analyze drawings and prepare quantity take-offs
  • Manage tendering process including bid preparation and evaluation
  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
  • Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and variations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
