Leather Right Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Marketing & Admin Officer with at least two years of experience to contribute to our sales and market expansion efforts. The successful candidate will specialize in promoting and selling leather and leather-like materials to a diverse range of industrial clients, including those in footwear, furniture upholstery, and leather goods manufacturing. This role demands a strong foundation in market research, customer relationship management, and data analysis to understand client needs and tailor product solutions effectively. The officer will not manage a team but will be responsible for managing key accounts to build and sustain long-lasting partnerships. The Marketing & Admin Officer will leverage their extensive knowledge of various leather types, market dynamics, and competitor behavior to support strategic sales initiatives. The position involves analyzing market trends, preparing negotiation strategies, and facilitating contract agreements to drive revenue growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills underpin success in this role, ensuring clear interaction with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the officer will handle various administrative tasks essential to maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting the marketing efforts of Leather Right Pvt Ltd.
Responsibilities
 

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends related to leather and leather-like materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, understanding their specific production requirements and providing customized product solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of market research data to guide strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Promote and sell leather products to manufacturers in sectors such as footwear, furniture upholstery, and leather goods, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze their impact on the market to develop effective counter-strategies.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients to secure sales agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client-related issues efficiently.
  • Manage administrative duties including documentation, reporting, and coordination to support marketing and sales operations.
  • Utilize customer relationship management techniques to maintain and grow accounts without direct team supervision.
  • Support strategic planning by providing insights into market changes and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and market analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by senior management.
