Business Development Manager ( Cold Calling Specialist )

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with a focus on cold calling and experience in HR recruiting firms. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Cold call prospective clients to introduce services and generate leads.
• Follow up on leads and set up meetings or calls for further discussions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HR recruiting firms.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure new business.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Share client feedback with product and service teams for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and niches for business expansion.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development or sales within the HR recruitment industry.
• Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
