Sales Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking Sales Officers to join our night shift call center team. In this role, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote our services to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Close sales and meet assigned targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Record customer interactions and update data

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
