International Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking proactive Sales Executives to join our team. You will engage with customers over calls, explain our services clearly, and help close sales while providing excellent support .If you are a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive attitude
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
