Customer Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking proactive Sales Executives to join our team. You will engage with customers over calls, explain our services clearly, and help close sales while providing excellent support.If you are a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
