Sales & Customer Service Executive (Only Female)

We are a fashion/bridal/formal-wear brand seeking to expand our team with a dynamic and passionate individual.

What We’re Looking For:

• Female person speak English & Urdu
• Prior experience in sales with a recognized brand
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• Strong interest or familiarity with fashion, particularly bridal/formal wear

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or messages
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensure top-tier customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and customer preferences

Working Hours & Days:
11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
