Job Overview:

Infranex Publishers is seeking a motivated and results-driven eBook Sales Executive for our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling international clients, and promoting our digital publishing services. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international clients through calls, chats, and emails
  • Promote and sell eBook publishing services to potential customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in sales (eBook sales preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to work in night shift
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
