Travel Sales Manager – Travel Agency

This is a senior-level role for a professional with proven experience in travel agency sales, business development, and revenue generation.

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Travel Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function of our travel agency.

Someone who can drive sales, bring new business, and take ownership of revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales for:
• Visit visas
• Airline ticketing
• Holiday packages
• Corporate travel
• Generate new business through corporate clients, B2B agents, and personal network
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead upselling and cross-selling of travel services
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Take full ownership of sales performance and revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Monitor performance and improve conversion rates
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
• Ensure smooth execution of bookings and services
• Work closely with operations team for service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements (STRICT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a travel agency
• Proven track record in travel sales and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of travel operations including air ticketing (GDS), visa processing, and holiday packages
• Strong experience in:
• Visa services
• Airline ticketing
• Holiday packages
• Experience in corporate sales / B2B travel business (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to independently drive sales and bring business
