Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and drive the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in sales strategy, market research, customer relationship management, and team management. This role requires overseeing a team of 15 persons and focusing on expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and meet the educational requirement of 16 years of education. The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in aligning company goals with customer needs while managing contract negotiations and business retention efforts.

The position demands a highly organized and strategic professional who can analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies for business growth. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities. Responsibilities

 

  • Professional who can take ownership of developing and expanding the HORECA / Out-of-Home (B2B) channel within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals and increase revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer segments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving

     

sales growth in the region.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate innovative ideas for market expansion and diversification.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to assess progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Manage client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Plan and organize business retention activities to safeguard existing revenue streams while exploring growth avenues.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to represent the company and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
