Job Overview

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its prestigious client for a Café Operations Manager to oversee and monitor café operations across multiple institutional branches/campuses.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-branch café, restaurant, food chain, hospitality, or institutional food services, with proven expertise in team management, food quality and hygiene, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining consistent operational standards across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor daily café operations across multiple institutional branches.
Conduct regular branch visits and operational inspections.
Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, service standards, and customer experience across all outlets.
Supervise café managers and operational staff.
Monitor sales, inventory, procurement, wastage, and operational costs.
Ensure effective stock management and timely replenishment.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and service quality.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and cost optimization across all outlets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and institutional standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Management, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in café, restaurant, food chain, hospitality, or institutional food services.
Proven experience managing multiple branches/outlets is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel between different branches/campuses in Karachi.
