Responsibilities
 

• Analyze construction drawings and technical documentation to prepare precise cost estimates for telecom engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project budgets that align with company financial goals and project requirements.
• Apply value engineering and value analysis techniques to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
• Use AutoCAD and other technical drawing tools to interpret project designs and assist in the estimation process.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to integrate accurate cost data into project planning.
• Review and validate material and labor costs to ensure estimates are realistic and achievable.
• Monitor project budgets and provide insights during project execution to manage cost control.
• Support the preparation of bid proposals by providing reliable cost information and analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices for materials, labor, and equipment relevant to telecom engineering.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate estimation findings effectively to stakeholders.
