About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Client Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to closing meetings with key decision-makers. This role requires someone with a strong network within the industry, excellent client-facing skills, and the drive to represent our company at corporate events and client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients independently without requiring introductions.
  • Conduct client calls, corporate visits, and face-to-face meetings to understand client needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO and senior management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Travel to other major cities, including Lahore and Islamabad, as required for business development activities.
  • Report weekly to the CEO on client interactions, business updates, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT, software industry.
  • Some level of consulting experience.
  • Good understanding of the IT and AI industry/market.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to have initial conversations with clients and then arrange meetings for the CEO.
  • Strong industry connections and a track record of independently generating leads and securing meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and travel schedules.
  • Comfortable traveling frequently within Pakistan, particularly to Lahore and Islamabad.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for corporate client interactions.
