Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance our marketing efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to streamline sales processes, manage reporting, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct daily follow-ups with the sales teams in Karachi and Lahore to track performance.
• Prepare detailed reports based on the sales team’s KPIs to ensure target achievement.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, RFQs, and presentations.
• Develop and refine sales materials to align with client needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for the company's social media platforms.
• Coordinate with an external Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
