Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
· 2–3 years of experience in health/life insurance or employee benefits
· Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Analytical skills, especially in interpreting claims data
· Strong client management and relationship-building skills
· Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting concepts
· Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company
· Familiarity with group health and group life insurance products
Skills
· Manage corporate client portfolios for health and life insurance
· Handle annual renewals, including quotations, negotiations, and client presentations
· Prepare benchmarking reports with market comparisons
· Conduct claims analysis and identify trends and cost drivers
· Coordinate with insurance companies for pricing, policy issuance, and endorsements
· Advise clients on policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions
· Respond to client queries and ensure timely issue resolution
· Prepare presentations for client meetings and renewals
