Position Details

Position: Customer Support Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Workplace: Onsite Only

• Women from any academic background — Intermediate, A-Levels, Bachelor's students, and graduates are all welcome
• Clear and confident English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Basic computer literacy and a comfortable typing speed
• A warm, professional personality and a sincere desire to help others
