Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at KAJ Consultancy located in Karāchi. The Customer Service specialist will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, and providing product information. The role also involves maintaining and updating customer accounts, as well as performing administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the customer service department.
