Job Summary

One of our clients is seeking a Danish Language Expert to support multilingual communication and content quality initiatives. In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise and cultural understanding to ensure that Danish-language content is accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment while supporting various language-focused projects.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate, review, and localize content between English and Danish while maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in terminology and messaging across projects.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread Danish-language materials for various platforms, including digital content, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Provide guidance on Danish language nuances and regional variations to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support language-related initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Ensure all Danish communications align with established tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain high-quality standards for Danish-language content.


 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Danish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in translation, localization, linguistics, editing, or Danish content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with modern writing, editing, and proofreading tools.
  • Ability to analyze language requirements and provide practical recommendations.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems or digital communication platforms.
