We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in social media advertising, SEO, and digital campaign management. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing social media channels, and driving e-commerce sales through well-planned and executed digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage daily activities across all social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Monitor ad performance closely and troubleshoot any issues related to campaign delivery and targeting.
Paid Advertising (Google & Social Media):
Develop and oversee Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copywriting, budget management, and continuous optimization. Analyze campaign results to improve return on investment (ROI) and increase conversions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth within the e-commerce store. Build, manage, and analyze backlinks to improve search engine rankings. Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
Strategy & Analysis:
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing online visibility and sales. Track and analyze campaign metrics and website data to support data-driven decision-making. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
- In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and tools
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct client meetings effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
