Job Description

We are looking for motivated female Support Agents to join our team and provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless and positive support experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Provide accurate and complete information by leveraging the appropriate tools and resources. Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns to maintain a positive customer experience. Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system. Follow established communication procedures, company policies, and guidelines consistently. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams for further resolution. Strive to achieve individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
This position is open to female candidates only. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills, is required. Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, and effective problem-solving skills when addressing customer queries. Willingness to work in shifts or rotational schedules is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although prior experience in BPO or customer service roles is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in live chat or email support is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation practices will be beneficial.
