Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a creative and adaptable Multimedia Designer to join our team at our Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi office. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in graphic or multimedia design, demonstrating strong capabilities in both digital and print media. This full-time role involves producing engaging visuals for social media, packaging designs, brand logos, company profiles, and short-form video content tailored for various platforms. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop compelling social media posts, advertisements, and campaign visuals that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- Create packaging designs that align with the brand identity and product positioning strategies.
- Design and refine logos, establish brand guidelines, and develop company profiles to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
- Edit and enhance videos and reels for social media platforms, maintaining high-quality visual content.
- Incorporate text animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance the overall appeal of multimedia projects.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive and impactful brand communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Graphic or Multimedia Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Skilled in video editing and reel creation, with practical experience using CapCut.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and text animation techniques is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to craft compelling visual stories.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
