IT Support Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Manager to oversee and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and efficient across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the IT or FinTech sectors, with strong expertise in firewalls, networking, system security, and Active Directory management. This role demands a proven track record of managing IT operations for medium to large teams, focusing on delivering uninterrupted IT support and maintaining infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily IT support activities to reduce downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Manage and secure network devices such as firewalls and routers to ensure optimal network performance.
- Implement and oversee system security protocols, access controls, and conduct regular security audits.
- Administer Active Directory, including user account management and enforcement of group policies.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and applications.
- Maintain reliable data backup solutions, disaster recovery plans, and endpoint protection strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to quickly resolve IT-related issues and improve service delivery.
- Assess and deploy new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Keep detailed records of IT assets, procedures, and documentation up to date.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the IT team to meet departmental goals and encourage professional development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in IT support and system administration, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, networking concepts, and system security best practices.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or MCSA are highly valued. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs130,000 to Rs160,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
