Human Resources Executive

Job Description

The Avenair Group, a well-established UK–USA-based construction company headquartered near MM Alam Road, Lahore, is looking to hire an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join its growing HR team. This full-time role demands a professional with 5 to 7 years of solid experience in HR operations who can independently manage all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of HR systems, policies, and labor laws. They will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and paperless work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, monitor attendance, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support performance evaluation processes and assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to address HR-related concerns and provide expert guidance.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an HR executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and organizational policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
