Job Description

A Lahore-based non-governmental organization is seeking a part-time Primary Teacher to join its institute located in EME Lahore. The role involves teaching students ranging from postgraduate level to Grade 4. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of teaching experience. The position requires approximately 12 hours of work per week, with a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000. Attendance is required in person at the institute, providing a chance to engage directly with students and contribute to their educational development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students from postgraduate level to Grade 4.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Regularly monitor and assess student progress to address individual learning needs.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
