Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Front Sales Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing sales team. In this client-facing role, you will act as a key link between prospects, clients, and internal teams—ensuring smooth communication, efficient sales coordination, and timely execution of deliverables. Your contribution will directly support the success of our lead generation, conversion, and client onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries and qualify incoming leads.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client data.
Prepare sales documents, proposals, and digital marketing service presentations.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing) to fulfill client requirements and timelines.
Track and report on sales activities, campaign status, and follow-ups.
Support post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction through timely updates and assistance.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or client service role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with multitasking capabilities.
