Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR to oversee the smooth and profitable operation of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will effectively plan, design, and evaluate HR-related initiatives that support our organizational strategic goals and drive a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent & Operations: Manage full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, talent acquisition, orientation, and training.
• Strategic Planning: Lead critical HR projects, including the revision of Compensation and Succession Plans.
• Payroll & Compliance: Oversee system-based payroll processing and ensure strict adherence to internal policies, legal standards, and regulations.
• Performance Management: Act as the custodian of Performance Management and Appraisal systems to drive employee excellence.
• Employee Relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare/safety while maintaining high confidentiality.
• Leadership: Supervise and guide HR personnel, acting as a catalyst for high engagement through great manager behaviors.
   

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Significant experience serving as a Head of HR, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand financials, including interpreting financial statements, budgeting, and project accounting.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and engage high-performing teams, coach, and mentor staff.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR products (engagement, performance management) and the latest HR trends.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to influence key business decisions.
• Attributes: Proactive, assertive, and resilient with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
