Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and prioritize the HR function’s objectives in Pakistan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals while considering employee needs and perspectives.
- Lead the transformation and ongoing enhancement of HR processes to improve organizational capabilities and ensure HR services effectively support business performance.
- Develop and manage the HR team and related processes, covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Administration including payroll, Employee Relations, and Change Management.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights that influence key business decisions.
- Oversee the execution of HR strategic plans, ensuring operational efficiency and proactively addressing potential risks or challenges.
- Promote a culture of quality and service excellence for internal stakeholders, fostering a flexible, cost-conscious, and dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in HR, including senior management partnership roles within complex organizational settings.
- Strong expertise in HRIS, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Labor Law, Talent Management, Performance Management, Coaching, HR Policies, Compliance, and Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills paired with an analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated high integrity and a strong work ethic.
