Health Facilitator / Hospital Coordinator

The Health Facilitator acts as a vital bridge between hospitals, clients, and the pre-authorization unit — ensuring smooth coordination, accurate data verification, and timely treatment approvals. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with hospitals, clients, and the pre-authorization team via phone and email.

•Verify and update patient eligibility and treatment-related data.

•Manage pre-authorization delays through follow-ups and escalation where needed.

•Guide hospital staff on system operations and reporting processes.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Doctor of Pharmacy – D-Pharm or             B-Pharm Healthcare / Public Health Administration).

•Experience: Fresh or experienced candidates may apply (experience in health insurance or hospital coordination preferred).

Skills Required:

•Strong command of MS Excel and data handling

•Excellent communication and coordination skills

•Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities

•Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
