We’re a B2C SaaS startup in the fintech/micro-funds space, moving from MVP to paid user acquisition. We’re looking for a full-time Growth & Marketing Strategist to lead our GTM strategy + implementation and build scalable acquisition funnels from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Define ICP, positioning, and pilot offers to test initial market traction.
Design, launch, and optimize the first acquisition funnels (landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, outreach).
Run data-driven experiments on creatives, messaging, and conversion flows.
Set up analytics, tracking, dashboards, and document learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Requirements
2+ years of B2C growth or marketing experience.
Proven results with at least two acquisition channels (e.g. Meta/PPC ads, content marketing, influencer collabs, or cold outreach).
Strong analytical mindset — understands CAC, LTV, conversion metrics, and growth loops.
Nice to Have
Prior experience with SaaS growth at an early stage (0 → 1 traction).
