Job Description

We're looking for a skilled HR Manager to drive people operations at Sonraj Group, owning the full employee lifecycle, building a culture of compliance and care and partnering with leadership to grow a high performing organization.


Responsibilities
 

Areas of Ownership

Talent & Recruitment

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring coordination across all departments.
  2. Design and deliver structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
  3. Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, documentation and knowledge transfer.

 

Payroll & People Operations

  1. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking and leave management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Maintain complete and current employee records, HR databases and monthly workforce reports for leadership.
  3. Handle employee confirmations, transfers and lifecycle changes in line with company standards.

 

Performance & Development

  1. Drive the performance management cycle from goal setting, evaluations, feedback frameworks and development planning.
  2. Plan and coordinate training initiatives and skill-building programs that strengthen organizational capability.
  3. Support disciplinary processes and employee development discussions with professionalism and fairness

 

Policy Compliance & Employee Relations

  1. Maintain and regularly update HR policies, the employee handbook, contracts and internal documentation.
  2. Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR controls.
  3. Address employee relations matters, workplace grievances and concerns while fostering a positive environment.

 

Administrative & Organizational Support

  1.  
    1. Oversee office administrative functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and staff support services.
    2. Partner with department heads on workforce planning, org development and operational efficiency.
    3. Provide regular HR insights and reporting to management to support strategic decision making.
