Position Title: Sales Intern – IT Services

Location: Karachi

Role Overview:

As a Sales Intern for IT Services, you will be supporting the sales team in driving new business for the company’s IT solutions and services. You’ll assist in identifying new clients, nurturing leads, and helping to develop sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving IT services industry and hone your skills in business development, client relationships, and technology sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients within target industries and gathering relevant information for sales outreach.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the IT services space.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation tailored to IT services offerings such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and managed services.
  • Client Engagement: Help coordinate meetings and follow-up calls with prospective clients, ensuring they are informed about IT solutions and services.
  • CRM Management: Update CRM systems with relevant lead and sales information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in tracking and managing sales pipeline activities, maintaining records, and performing other sales-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, marketing, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Interest in Technology: Strong interest in the IT industry, with a basic understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, or managed IT services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to conduct market research and data analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
  • Attitude: Eagerness to learn, motivated, and a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
