Junior Equity Dealer – FX Sales

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Equity Dealer to join our brokerage firm and provide support to the FX Sales desk. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop their expertise in capital markets, equities, and foreign exchange sales. The Junior Equity Dealer will assist senior dealers in executing equity and FX transactions, managing client orders, monitoring market trends, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior dealers with the execution of equity trades and FX-related transactions.
- Coordinate with FX Sales and trading desks for order placement and trade confirmations.
- Monitor equity and FX market movements, providing timely updates to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, confirmations, and daily reporting.
- Support client handling activities, including order taking, follow-ups, and responding to client inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, PSX rules, and internal company policies.
- Assist in preparing daily dealing sheets, profit and loss summaries, and exposure reports.
- Collaborate with back office, settlements, and risk management teams to facilitate smooth trade processing.
- Support the onboarding and servicing of FX and equity clients as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of equity markets, foreign exchange products, and brokerage operations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
