Medical Sales Officer

Professional Employers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Medical Sales Officer with 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. The role involves promoting oral care products, managing Professional Services activities, and coordinating with schools and dental professionals to enhance outreach and engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relevant product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a background in dental or medical sales will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental practitioners, schools, and healthcare professionals to promote oral care products effectively.
• Coordinate activities related to the Professional Services Department, ensuring seamless communication and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct detailed market analysis and research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate competitor strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor sales progress, manage customer interactions, and update customer databases accurately.
• Deliver clear product presentations and demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry trends to provide expert knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts and support promotional events targeted at dental and medical professionals.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform management of performance and market feedback.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times during marketing and sales activities.
