The Role

As a Paid Search Manager, you will take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution. You'll manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, driving acquisition, efficiency, and revenue growth for our partners.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research, build effective keyword lists, and manage bidding strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven optimizations.
• Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests on ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently to achieve partner goals while maximizing ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams to integrate search efforts into broader marketing strategies.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Experience: 3-5+ years managing paid search campaigns.
• Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Ads 360).
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing large data sets and identifying insights.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.
