Bank Makramah is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager specializing in Liability Sales to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
· Drive deposit mobilization with a strong focus on CASA and Term Deposits (TD), ensuring a cost-effective deposit mix
· Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and expand existing portfolio relationships
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring superior customer experience and retention
· Actively cross-sell retail banking products to meet sales objectives
· Monitor and manage customer portfolios, including fund movement and relationship deepening
· Conduct client visits and business development activities to achieve sales targets
· Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
· Collaborate with branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery
· Provide timely sales reports and performance updates to Branch Management
