Route Supervisor

Job Description

The Route Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operational performance of assigned routes to ensure safe, punctual, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services, good command on MS office. The incumbent oversees operational staff, monitors route compliance, maintains service quality standards, resolves operational issues, and ensures adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Route Supervisor acts as the primary operational link between terminal management, onboard staff, drivers, and the Operations Department.

Responsibilities
 

Supervise daily operations of assigned routes.
Monitor bus departures, arrivals, and schedule adherence.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Supervise and guide operational staff.
Conduct routine inspections of staff, buses, and service quality.
Handle operational issues and passenger complaints efficiently regarding clearnace matter.

Bus departure should be on time.

Documentation must be cleared regarding clearance and should be provided by the staff.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Prepare and submit operational and incident reports.
Report operational irregularities and policy violations to management.
