Job Description

Buckingham Home Private Limited seeks a dedicated Supply Chain Executive with at least five years of professional experience to join its Lahore back office. This role demands hands-on expertise in managing supply chain operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong English communication skills and a clear ability to work onsite within the specified location. This position focuses on optimizing inventory levels, forecasting demand accurately, and overseeing supplier relationships to support the company's strategic objectives. The Supply Chain Executive plays a key role in developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business goals. The individual is responsible for continuous improvement in inventory management and leveraging ERP systems and advanced forecasting software to enhance supply chain performance. While this position does not require team management, the executive is expected to collaborate effectively across various departments to drive operational excellence and implement best practices in supply chain management.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet organizational goals.
• Conduct demand forecasting and demand analysis using forecasting software to ensure accurate supply planning.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to track inventory, orders, and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and sales to synchronize supply chain operations.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain objectives.
• Monitor inventory optimization metrics and take corrective actions to reduce excess stock and shortages.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while performing supply chain activities.
