Senior Technical SEO Specialist

Job Description

The Senior Technical SEO Specialist at Acrosoft Group works independently without managing a team while contributing significantly to our technical SEO strategy. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and delivering under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities are essential to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in working with diverse platforms including WordPress, Shopify, custom-built CMS platforms, and eCommerce sites enhances the capability to address SEO challenges across various ecosystems. This position also encourages mentoring junior SEO professionals and actively participating in the evolution of our SEO best practices and technical strategy to support continuous growth.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits identifying issues related to crawling, indexing, rendering, site architecture, and structured data.
• Implement strategies to optimize Core Web Vitals and improve website performance metrics critical for search rankings.
• Maintain and enhance all technical SEO elements including XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical URLs, hreflang tags, and redirects.
• Analyze JavaScript-heavy website content to ensure effective indexing and rendering by search engines.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb to monitor website health and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with development teams to initiate technical improvements and troubleshoot SEO-related website issues effectively.
• Manage multiple SEO projects ensuring timely delivery of objectives under fast-paced conditions.
• Develop and communicate SEO recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, incorporating them into ongoing strategies.
• Work with content and marketing teams to align technical SEO efforts with on-page SEO, semantic SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization for holistic search optimization.
• Mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance on technical SEO techniques and contributing to their professional development.
• Extract and analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for technical SEO enhancements and business growth.
• Support Acrosoft Groups technical SEO roadmaps by contributing insights that inform broader digital marketing strategies.
