Sales Executive – On-Site

Artvista is a US-based company working with international clients across multiple creative and digital service categories. We are currently hiring confident and motivated Sales Executives for our Karachi office

This is a 100% on-site target/commission-based sales position There is no fixed monthly salary Earnings are based on individual sales performance achieved targets and successful client conversions.

Available Shifts
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients and potential leads
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
• Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication
• Handle negotiation and work toward closing sales
• Maintain lead and client records
• Coordinate with the internal team
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Confidence in dealing with international clients
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales, B2B sales, lead generation, digital services, or international client dealing is preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and sales potential may also apply
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Karachi

Compensation
Commission/target-based only. No fixed monthly salary Earnings depend on individual sales performance and achieved targets

Important:
This is not a remote position Candidates must be available to work from our Karachi office in either the morning or night shift
