Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Intern (Commission Based) will support sales and marketing initiatives aimed at generating business leads and achieving monthly revenue targets. Responsibilities include customer outreach, conducting sales presentations, identifying client needs, and promoting services. The intern will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven ability in sales and managing customer accounts, including identifying leads and closing deals.
• Experience in delivering training sessions and facilitating skill development workshops is a plus.
• Sales management skills to contribute to strategy development and meet performance targets.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude are highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
