Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail FMCG outlets to enhance product visibility and promote brand loyalty.
  • Generate new sales leads through proactive market research and outreach efforts.
  • Accurately process orders in a timely manner, ensuring data entry precision and order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to assist management in strategic decision-making.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet sales targets and deadlines reliably.
  • Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor product placement, gather market intelligence, and support sales initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in planning and implementing sales campaigns aimed at increasing market share and customer engagement.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all sales and customer interaction activities.
