About the Role


 

Propstar Technologies is seeking a certified and detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Administrator to lead the management, customization, and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires close collaboration with management, sales, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

The selected candidate will play a strategic role in optimizing Salesforce to support cross-functional operations, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable business growth.


 


 

Key Responsibilities


 

• Administer, customize, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Design and maintain Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, and automation solutions

• Develop actionable dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making

• Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and structured data governance

• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and overall security architecture

• Support system integrations, APIs, AppExchange applications, and Web-to-Lead functionality

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Provide structured user support, troubleshooting, and training

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and enhancements

• Communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership


 


 

Required Qualifications


 

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) – mandatory

• Demonstrated experience administering and customizing Salesforce environments

• Strong expertise in Lightning Experience

• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Approval Processes

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce security architecture and best practices

• Experience managing data imports, migrations, and quality control

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Professional communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders

• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration


 


 

Preferred Qualifications


 

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API connectivity

• Familiarity with AppExchange applications

• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced business environments

• Advanced Salesforce certifications are an advantage
