Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role works closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business objectives and supports operational efficiency.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, etc.)
  • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and automation processes
  • Manage data integrity, imports/exports, and deduplication processes
  • Support end users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Implement and maintain automation using Flow and Process Builder
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system functionality and user adoption
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases
  • Maintain system security and compliance standards


 

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, import wizard)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with integrations (API, middleware tools)
  • Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or basic development concepts
  • Experience with change management and CRM adoption strategies


 

Shift Timings: 7pm-4am

Location: Main Shahrah e Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi.
