Job Overview

We are hiring a Shopify Product Hunter to research, analyze, and identify high-potential winning products for Shopify-based e-commerce stores.

The ideal candidate should have strong product-research skills, a good understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to evaluate products based on demand, competition, market potential, and commercial viability.

Responsibilities
 

• Research and identify two to four potential winning products daily specifically for Shopify e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct ongoing product research based on current market demand and emerging consumer trends to stay ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
• Monitor historical and current product trends to detect patterns and uncover new business opportunities.
• Evaluate products thoroughly on parameters such as market potential, demand, competition, and their suitability for e-commerce selling.
• Perform competitor and marketplace research to identify successful products, fill market gaps, and generate innovative product ideas.
• Stay continuously updated with new developments and shifting trends within the e-commerce and Shopify ecosystems.
• Maintain well-organized and accessible records of all researched and shortlisted products to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Present researched products alongside detailed findings and rationale to relevant stakeholders for validation and implementation.
• Use appropriate digital research tools and platforms efficiently to enhance the accuracy and speed of product hunting efforts.
• Consistently achieve daily product-hunting targets while maintaining high quality and adherence to set standards.
